REFUND DEADLINE
The Monday before the start of competition – January 11, 2027

USAG & Fun Meet: Scratch your athletes on USA Gymnastics reservations.
AAU: Scratch athletes on Meetmaker.

STEP #2: PROCESS REFUND
Then go to Meetmaker and process the alert to receive an automatic refund. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
