The Monday before the start of competition –

Coaches please scratch your athletes on USA Gymnastics reservations.
Then go to Meetmaker and process the alert to receive an automatic refund. A refund will go back to your original payment method.
As of January 1st, a leotard fee of $35 will be deducted from your refund.
