PAYMENTS
Pay ONLINE through MeetMaker.
Registrations sync automatically with USAG Registration system.
Entry Deadline is December 1, 2025.

Individual Athletes = $155/athlete
Team $50 per level
Refund Deadline:
The Monday before the start of competition –
January 26, 2026
Please scratch your athletes on USA Gymnastics reservations.
Then go to Meetmaker and process the alert to receive an automatic refund. A refund check will be mailed to the club.
As of December 1st, a leotard fee of $30 will be deducted from your refund.

You can change or cancel your reservations up to 7 DAYS before your scheduled arrival. If you don’t cancel within that time frame, a charge equivalent to one night plus taxes and fees will be charged to your credit card used to hold your room(s).
