REFUND DEADLINE
2 weeks before the start of competition – February 8, 2027
STEP #1: ATHLETE SCRATCHES
USA Gymnastics: Scratch your athletes on USA Gymnastics reservations.
AAU: Scratch athletes on Meetmaker.
STEP #2: PROCESS REFUND
Then go to Meetmaker and process the alert to receive an automatic refund. The refund will go back to your original payment method. as of December 1th, a leotard fee of $35 will be deducted from your refund.
