COACHES INFORMATION

This is a women’s USA Gymnastics Dev Levels 2 – 10 and Xcel Levels Bronze – Sapphire competition.

ENTRY
Register through USA Gymnastics Meet Reservations.

PAYMENTS
Pay ONLINE through MeetMaker. 
Registrations sync automatically with USAG Registration system.
Entry Deadline is December 15, 2026

2027 Prices
Individual Athletes = $165/athlete
Team $50 per level

Leo sizes MUST be added to MeetMaker when you make your payment.

Refunds
Refund Deadline:
The Monday before the start of competition – February 22, 2027
Coaches please scratch your athletes on USA Gymnastics reservations.
Go to MeetMaker and process the alert to receive an automatic refund. A refund will go back to your original payment method.

As of December 15th, a leotard fee of $30 will be deducted from your refund.

SUPER TEAM CHALLENGE INFORMATION

Saturday Night at 5:45pm, please arrive by 5:15pm

Only 8 team spots available per Challenge

This is a fun competition where you can have your athletes from different levels compete together!

Create your team name and theme with your athletes!

Entry Fee for Super Team: $450

MUST be paid via check made out to High 5 Meets

HOW IT WORKS

XCEL SUPER TEAM CHALLENGE

  • 6 athletes will compete per event, only 5 scores count! You pick the athletes that will help your event score
  • A minimum of 3 different Xcel levels represented per each event, Silver & up
  • You can substitute a Gold as a Platinum for this session only, there will be judges with platinum rules
  • Silver
  • Gold/Platinum
  • Platinum/Diamond/Sapphire

DEV SUPER TEAM CHALLENGE

  • 6 athletes will compete per event, only 5 scores count! You pick the athletes that will help your event score
  • 1 athlete from each of the 3 categories below must compete on each event
  • There will be a .5 deduction per event if the category is no represented
  • Level 5 or 6
  • Level 7 or 8
  • Level 9 or 10

ATHLETE GIFTS: Every Gymnast will receive a Olympia Crown Challenge leotard from GK Elite!

PARENT INFORMATION

ATHLETE GIFTS: Your gymnast will receive an event Leo. This can be picked up by their coaches with Heather at the scoring table.

MERCHANDISE: Visit the Gym Treasures booth to purchase your 2027 official Olympia Crown Challenge gear. Be sure to customize your apparel with some bling and many other options.
